Since year 2005, our plant produces Vacuum-formed production from Sheet MATERIALS. They are used for buses, tracks, lorries and for tractors also. We got unique equipment. So now, it is possible to produce products of maximum size: 2950*1450 mm, 2000*1000 mm, 2000*2000 mm.

• Styrene
  Type SDEB GOST 10003-90. It is liquid, which doesn't have any colour, but it has mild smell, it is not dissolved in the water. The last material we got is etil-benzil. It is used in production of polystyrene, ABS-plastic, SAN, rubber which contain Styrene.
• Polystyrene
  Foamed polystyrene âis produced like small plastic pieces. Then it is put in the certain way (the way customer wants).
  EPS Type- natural, it is used for making heat-isolation and sound-isolation blocks, packing, car's parts and other decorations.
  EPS-S Type- this type of plastic doesn't burn more then 2 seconds; it is used for making heat-isolation and sound-isolation blocks and other products, which are used in such conditions.
  EPS-L1 Type -it is more useful with gas industry; it is used for the production of models in pour-way industry.
• ABS-Plastic
  Our company "Plastic" has 30 year experience in the ABS-plastic production. We always update our list of plastic recipe and upgrade the technologies of production. Our specialists develop new types and new way of making coloured plastic. ABS-plastic is used for the production for auto, audio and device industries. It is also used for making fridges, medical equipment, for people needs products. Extrusion types of ABS plastics 2802 è ABS 1106-30 (-31) are used for making plastic-sheets, which would be vacuum formed. .

  More then 250 kinds of ëèòüåâûõ è pressured parts for the Russian cars: VAZ, UAZ, KAMAZ, GAZ. They are all made from different kinds of plastic, which have various constructions.
• DILUR Sheet
  It is made in different ways: one layer plastic ABS, ABS sheet with PMMA, ABS+PC and PMMA, co-extrusion 3 layer sheets. Maximum size of the plastic sheet is 2000*3000 mm; width of the sheet is 2-8 mm. List plastic is made for the production of the parts of inside and outside style of the cars and other transport. It is also used in production of the electronic articles and device production, parts of furniture, fridge parts, facing material and people needs products.
• BUS Moulding
  Cross-sections, compacting, inserts which are used in bus, trolleybus and trams decoration.

• Tubs PVC, PELP
  more then 65 kinds of tubes: HDPE and PVC tubes (thin and oil-protected, nonfreezing, water resistant, non-friction, electrics protected, transparent.
• Fenoplast
  Only our company produce fenoplast ìàðêè Ó1-301-07, which is shock protected with electrical features (ÔÔ1Ó2 ïî ÃÎÑÒ 28804-90). They are used for production the technical products by the pressure.
• HELMETS
  Helmets "TRUD-U", "SHAHTER-M" and new modified helmet "TRUD-M" are made for using it in all weather conditions and with different temperature (from +50°Ñ to -10°Ñ - Summer variant, and from +50°Ñ to -40°Ñ - Winter variant). If there was an electric connection with the helmet, there wouldn't be any trouble. Helmet can protect from 440V..
• Consumer goods
  More then 60 kinds of consumer goods plastic products: baskets, basins, furniture, products for WC and bathroom; gardening equipment; plastic hoses, polythene of different size.
• Separators
  This kind of production smooth or uneven plastic sheets with critical temperature 120-150°Ñ, and burning temperature 500 °Ñ. It is not toxic, stable to acids and alkalis. It is also used in batteries.
